944Fest is a registered trademark of 9Fest, Inc., a for-profit company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. 9Fest, Inc. operates in the spirit of a member-supported social and recreational club dedicated to owners, enthusiasts, and fans of the Porsche 944 and related vehicles. All proceeds generated by 9Fest, Inc. through merchandise sales and shared activity fees are reinvested into club operations, member events, and activities that directly benefit the 944Fest membership community.
All 944Fest branded merchandise serves a dual purpose: it supports club operations and acts as promotional material for the 944Fest community, helping grow membership and awareness of the club. The 944Fest Store is the official retail outlet of 9Fest, Inc.
All content, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, and product imagery appearing on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of 9Fest, Inc. or are used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any 944Fest or 9Fest, Inc. intellectual property — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Membership in the 944Fest Family Club is free of charge and open to any individual who shares a passion for the Porsche 944 and the 944Fest community. There is no purchase required to become a member. Membership may be obtained in either of the following ways:
No purchase necessary. To join the 944Fest Family Club without making a purchase, simply email membership@944fest.com with your name and a note about your interest in 944Fest. Membership is free and we'd love to have you.
Membership is non-transferable and is associated with the individual whose name and contact information are provided at the time of enrollment. 9Fest, Inc. reserves the right to approve or decline membership requests at its discretion.
Active members of the 944Fest Family Club receive the following year-round benefits:
Club membership is valid for 24 months from the date of enrollment or most recent qualifying purchase, whichever is later. Membership is automatically renewed for an additional 24-month period upon any subsequent purchase through the 944Fest Store. Members who enrolled by email request and wish to renew may do so at any time by sending a renewal request to membership@944fest.com or by making a purchase through the store.
9Fest, Inc. reserves the right to modify membership benefits, duration, or terms with reasonable notice to members.
Membership in the 944Fest Family Club may be voluntarily revoked at any time by submitting a written request to 9Fest, Inc. via the Contact Us page on 944fest.com or by emailing membership@944fest.com. Upon confirmation, membership will be deactivated and the member will no longer receive communications or benefits.
Voluntary revocation does not entitle the member to any refund of amounts previously paid for products or activity fees. Membership may also be revoked by 9Fest, Inc. for violation of these Terms & Conditions or conduct deemed harmful to the club community.
All events organized and hosted by 9Fest, Inc. are exclusive to members of the 944Fest Family Club. Participation in any 944Fest event is a privilege of active membership and is not open to the general public.
Any amounts collected in connection with event participation — regardless of how they may be labeled for convenience (including terms such as "ticket," "admission," "registration," or "entry") — represent a shared activity fee among participating club members. These fees are collected to cover the shared costs of organizing, hosting, and operating club events and activities, and do not constitute the purchase of a ticket or admission in a commercial or public event sense. All activity fee revenue is reinvested into club operations and future member events.
By paying any event-related activity fee, you acknowledge and agree that:
On-track HPDE participation is available exclusively to active 944Fest Family Club members and is subject to a separate shared activity fee in addition to the general event activity fee. HPDE activity fees are listed in the 944Fest Store and may also be applied via Gift Card.
All prices listed on the 944Fest Store are in U.S. dollars (USD). 9Fest, Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order submission are binding for that transaction.
9Fest, Inc. is a for-profit company. However, consistent with its mission and club-oriented purpose, all net proceeds from merchandise sales and shared activity fees are reinvested into club operations, member events, promotional activities, and initiatives that benefit the 944Fest membership community. No proceeds are distributed as profit to owners or shareholders beyond reasonable compensation for services rendered in support of club operations.
944Fest is a trademark of 9Fest, Inc. All names, logos, event names, slogans, trade dress, and branding associated with 944Fest and 9Fest, Inc. are proprietary and protected under applicable trademark and intellectual property law.
You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this site without the express written permission of 9Fest, Inc. This includes product images, event photography, logos, and written content.
All product designs sold through the 944Fest Store are original works owned by or licensed to 9Fest, Inc. Purchasing a product does not convey any intellectual property rights in the design.
Returns are handled in accordance with the 944Fest Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Please review the Return Policy before placing your order.

9Fest, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 944Fest Store or active membership following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
