Returns accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Contact Us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event are only eligible for a refund if a waitlisted member can take the spot.
If no replacement is found, the registration value is retained as credit toward a future 944Fest event.
